Following the recent regulatory adaptation, the obligations to be observed for the organization of events with gatherings of people, both public and private, have changed and increased. Until now, the market was able to offer a single solution capable of replacing road barriers (prohibited by the new regulations): bulky, expensive, heavy panic barriers, difficult to move. The anti-tipping barrier has been designed and patented to make you save up to 70% compared to a classic panic barrier, thanks to a more convenient rental and thanks to its practicality, which allows transport, assembly and disassembly with the use of very few men and means.
The anti-tipping barrier is in fact lighter, one operator can carry up to 5, it is easier to handle and assemble.
Furthermore, the practicality of the device is combined with a futuristic, modern and at the same time elegant design.
The ability to customize it with PVC sheets makes the barrier extremely suitable for use as information or advertising space.
In transport position, the barriers can be stacked one inside the other so that a single operator can carry up to 5 simultaneously.
All the anti-tipping barriers can be customized with PVC banners, and therefore can be used as information or advertising spaces during the event.
Easy handling of the anti-tipping barrier is ensured by the wheels.
The barriers are secured to each other through simple hooks, so they can be easily assembled by a single operator without other equipment.
The rental of the anti-tipping barriers costs about 70% less than the classic anti-panic barriers.
They weight 14 kg/m, much less than the normal anti-panic barriers whose weight exceeds 40 kg.
Before being marketed, the anti-tipping barrier has passed an overall test at a specialized centre and all the trials to which it has been subjected, thus obtaining the certifications of resistance to a linear pressure higher than 300 Newton per metre, as set forth by applicable laws.
The anti-tipping barrier is a patent-protected invention. The industrial patent protects its construction, operation, handling and action – both nationally and internationally – in case of stress caused by a pressure exceeding 300 Newton per linear meter.
The anti-tipping barriers were conceived and designed by an Italian company based in Florence. Furthermore, all tests and inspections were carried out in Italy (crash test carried out at the SIGMA centre) and also the series production is carried out entirely in Italy.
